This hill top town is so pleasant in weather year round with beautiful scenery. Mild climate is year round on this hill top town. Being close to 2nd biggest City (Mandalay City) of MyanMar it is strategically located to bring MyanMar well into the 21st Century of high tech capacity. Smart move.
